A lot of parents have successfully used our MonkeyMuffs on babies as young as 6 weeks old. It is ok for the headband to extend above the top of the head, just as long as the ear cups seal around the full perimeter of the ear. The headband has been designed to fit more snugly for a baby from 6 months up and will continue to fit until your child is around 7 years old.

In the rare event of a manufacturers fault, you can choose between a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange. If you change your mind, a refund will only be provided if the product is unworn and in undamaged, original packaging. This is for health and hygiene reasons.
